Oregon Mobile Care Dental Services

Who we are &
why we do this

At OMCDS, we believe great dental care starts with meeting people where they are — literally. We bring compassionate, high-quality dentistry directly to the communities that need it most across Oregon.

Our Mission

To remove the barriers that keep people from getting the dental care they deserve — by bringing modern, compassionate dentistry directly to schools, senior facilities, shelters, and communities across Oregon.

Why Mobile?

For many people — seniors, children, those experiencing housing instability, or those without transportation — a traditional dental office simply isn't accessible. We eliminate that gap by coming to them, with portable technology and a team that genuinely cares.

Meet the team behind
Oregon Mobile Care Dental Services

Dr. Reza Saffari
Dr. Reza Saffari, D.M.D.
Clinical Director
"Dentistry allows me to create immediate, positive changes for my patients — combining the artistry of crafting smiles with the precision of science. I treat every patient like family, focusing on long-term health and a lifetime of excellent care."

Dr. Saffari has spent his career at the intersection of clinical excellence and community service. After earning his B.S. from the University of Nevada, Reno, he completed his Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) at Boston University School of Dentistry in 1996 — and has been driven by a passion for accessible, patient-centered care ever since.

As Clinical Director of OMCDS, Dr. Saffari leads a mobile dental team dedicated to reaching patients who face real barriers to traditional dental care — seniors in skilled nursing facilities, children in schools, and individuals in transitional housing. He brings the same clinical rigor and warmth to a mobile clinic as he does to any traditional setting.

An active member of the American Dental Association, Dr. Saffari stays at the forefront of non-invasive treatments — including SDF and Curodont Repair — that are especially well-suited to mobile and community dentistry. He connects naturally with a wide range of patients through his fluency in multiple languages.

Blake
Blake
Director of Programs & Partnerships

Blake is the operational backbone of OMCDS — the person who makes sure every mobile clinic day runs on time, every partner feels supported, and every patient experience is as smooth as possible.

From coordinating schedules and logistics to building lasting relationships with facilities and community organizations, Blake bridges the gap between clinical care and community impact. His work behind the scenes is what allows the OMCDS team to show up fully prepared and ready to serve.

Arvydas
Arvydas
Director of Insurance & Billing

Arvydas leads all insurance verification, billing operations, and financial coordination for OMCDS — ensuring a transparent and stress-free experience for patients, families, and partner facilities alike.

His expertise means that questions about coverage, Oregon Health Plan eligibility, and out-of-pocket costs are answered clearly and promptly — removing one of the biggest barriers to patients saying yes to care.

Margarita
Margarita
Dental Assistant

Margarita is often the first friendly face patients see when OMCDS arrives on clinic day. As a dental assistant, she plays a vital role in setting up the mobile clinic, supporting Dr. Saffari during procedures, and making sure patients feel comfortable and at ease throughout their visit.

Her warmth and bilingual skills make her especially effective with Spanish-speaking patients and families — helping bridge communication and build trust in every community OMCDS serves.
