At Oregon Mobile Care Dental Services (OMCDS), we believe that great dental care starts with people. Our mission is to bring compassionate, high-quality dentistry directly to communities across Oregon—especially those who may face barriers to visiting a traditional dental office.
By partnering with senior living communities, schools, supportive housing programs, shelters, and community organizations, our mobile dental team is able to deliver care where patients are most comfortable. With portable technology and a flexible model of care, we make it easier for individuals to receive preventive and essential dental services without the stress of transportation or long travel times.
But OMCDS is more than just mobile equipment—it’s a team of dedicated clinicians and professionals who care deeply about the communities they serve. Our providers focus on respectful, patient-centered care while working closely with families, caregivers, and facility staff to create a smooth and supportive experience for every visit.
Meet the team behind Oregon Mobile Care Dental Services
Dr. Reza Saffari, D.M.D.
Dr. Saffari has always been passionate about the health professions, finding dentistry to be the perfect blend of science, creativity, and hands-on care. Dentistry allows him to create immediate positive change for patients while combining the artistry of crafting smiles with the precision of science.
After earning his Bachelor of Science from the University of Nevada, Reno, he completed his Doctor of Dental Medicine at Boston University School of Dentistry in 1996. He remains committed to staying at the forefront of dentistry through ongoing education and active membership in professional organizations.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Saffari enjoys skiing, kayaking, and exploring nature—an adventurous spirit that reflects his dedication to continual learning and patient care.
Blake
Blake helps ensure every OMCDS visit runs smoothly from start to finish. By coordinating schedules, facilities, and patient needs, Blake plays a key role in making mobile dental clinics efficient and welcoming for every community we serve.
With a focus on organization and patient comfort, Blake helps create a positive experience for schools, facilities, families, and patients throughout every mobile clinic day.
Arvydas
Born in Boston and raised in Portland, Arvydas spent formative years living in Italy and the Netherlands—experiences that shaped his global perspective and approach to hospitality and service. Oregon has always remained home.
At OMCDS, he leads insurance and billing operations, helping ensure that systems remain organized, transparent, and patient-focused. His work helps bridge modern technology with a boutique-style patient experience where every individual feels supported and respected.
